When we had our tivo box our old v box moved upstairs. We have not used the v box for a while but having bought a new television our old one has gone upstairs and I have tried to get the v box to work with this television but not luck at all.
If the box has been disconnected from the mains for more than a week it will become de-activated (stops at AP:52 in the boot sequence). If this is the case you need to contact customer services to get itre-activated.
