VBox HD Keeps rebooting, freezing and shutting off

Hi,

 

As the title says, my VBox HD keeps rebooting whilst watching it. It will often freeze. And more commonly, it just shuts off (with the red standby light). Nothing brings it back on except to remove the power cable and insert it again.

 

Can this get replaced please, I'm fed up with the shoddy equipment Virgin palm off to it's customers. This includes the Superhub, but that's a different story for a separate forum

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having with your V HD box. 

 

This isn't what we like to hear. 

 

I have taken a look at the account and can see the box is showing as offline. We'll need to send an engineer to take a look at this for you. 

 

I've sent you a private message to arrange a suitable time. Once I have your reply we can go further forward with this Smiley Happy
