V205 On Demand not working

Hi

I have recently had issues with Virgins On Demand service being constantly unavailable.

Last night I rang the customer service line who told me they had found the fault and re-booted my system and it would be working within 4-6 hours.

A full 24 hours later I am still no further on and am starting to lose my patience.

How does this problem get rectified or do I just get told it is 'fixed' when in fact it isn't?
