V+ not working properly

Hi

I have been having problems with the v+ box it keeps freezing then when it turns back on it says the box is critical but all my recording are gone & have changed to recovered content. I have tried multiple times turn the box on & off but the same thing keeps happening. Can anyone help with this please?

Sounds like a hard disk failure to me. You may need a replacement box.
