V+ error 1021 , 1036, menu freezes

Hi I have V+ Samsung box,

And unable to use any on demand or even the help menu option. Has given me error 1021 or 1036 too. The online light is lit.

I've tried several reboots,  if  I try and go on demand or search or virgin central or interactive, the box says "just a moment" and nothing happens , have left for half hour. The only way to return is to turn box off or hold power for a while.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting these errors when using On Demand.  I will be happy to help check this out for you.  

I have carried out some checks remotely and all looks ok with the network so far.  Is the errors still appearing today?  If so, please let me know and I can check further.
