V+ buttons not working

V+ button for the last two days suddenly only saying "waking up" and Never opens. Half a dozen reboots made no difference... No access to any existing recordings or any recording options or catch up or on demand. Exactly the same result on Samsung box button as when using remote control so it's not just the remote.... Anyone else suffering or is it just me? ... Meantime...Engineer booked.

I'm really glad the technician sorted it out for you.

 

I'm sorry you lost all your recordings. Unfortunately we can't transfer recordings over when the box needs to be replaced.

 

Keep an eye on your new box and give me a shout if you need anything else.
