V+ box unwatchable

I have a Tivo box in the living room and a V+ box in the bedroom

The V+ box is unwatchable, there is pixelling and stuttering on most of the channels, some channels (too many to mention) are unavailable particularly HD channels.

I hope someone can help, and oh yes it has been restarted, several times but makes not an iota of difference.

Could be the box, but could equally be a signal issue. Check that the white coax cable connecting the box to VM's network is screwed in tight at both the box & whatever it connects too at the other end (splitter, wall outlet etc). If the cable is secure then contact the faults department & they will investigate.
