Go to Answer
1. Check the batteries in the remote (if the indicator on top of the remote glows orange when you press the buttons the batteries are exhausted).
2. Press OK to clear any messages from the screen.
3. Try using "Channel up" (CH+) instead of the number buttons to move to the next channel.
