V+ box still not working properly

hi there

multiple calls to support and repeatedly told, "it's being looked at" my v+ box is still not working properly. 

 

How  can I get this resolved

Is this your main or second box?

If the former, the best thing you could do is ring up and review your current package to see if you can replace it with a TiVo (in fact if you can, do it anyway) - Anything with a V+HD box attached to it is OLD (Even the newer one is 7 years old, and they stopped handing them out with contracts in 2012), and the chances are pretty high you're paying over the odds for it.
