We have a second TV box that is one of the old V+ ones and it's stopped working. Signal stops getting to TV so I turn it off. About 1-in 5 times it works again but only for the evening.
I've tried phoning 150 but each time I get through to an automated service that tests my connection and says it's ok (course it is, it's the box that doesnt work).
I've tried the live chat but havent been able to get through all day.
Does anyone know:
a) how I actually speak to someone about this?
b) what my options might be?

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your V+ box.
I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see the box is currently offline. I've also picked up an issue with your Upstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted.
