V box not working - AP:53 error

Our V box has suddenly stopped receiving a proper signal to all channels.  It was working as normal until my son changed the channel (using the remote) and now all channels are just breaking up and pixelated so they are unwatchable.  We have rebooted the box (twice) and on boot both times it shows the code AP:53 (actually it sits for a moment on AP:52 and then switches to 53).  We tried removing and reconnecting the coax cable but that made no difference.  I know it is not the signal to the house because our Tivo box is fine and we can see all channels normally.  There has been no change to any cables, etc.  Can you please advise on what we should do about this?

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear your V box is showing error code AP53.

 

I've managed to locate your account to run some tests and can see it's showing as online. Can you confirm if the service is working again?
