I'm sorry to hear about the V+ box errors here. I've been testing the devices and connection, whilst the connection is running well I did notice a bit of an issue on the TiVo. Because of this, I'd really like to send out an engineer. I know that there isn't anything detectable with the V+ however the engineer can come and work with them both to help resolve the situation.
