V+ box dead

My V+ box needs resetting 2-3 times a day as it freezes. I reset it today after running a test via the website around 11.30. It takes forever to restart and when I went to turn it on again, it had frozen at 12.09pm. Currently, it's stuck on LD04 and has been for ages. I think it's on its last legs. Any ideas?

*****Edit*****

It has finished resetting but the clock reads 14.03 which means it's frozen again almost straight away. New TV box required I think!

Yep.

Give faults a call & they will get it changed for a refurbished box.
