Our V+ box was replaced in the summer and has crashed on an intermittent basis, it's now got worse and won't stay on for more than 10 minutes. Have tried calling technical support but they can't get anyone out for a week! When I asked to be put through to complaints he hung up on me, so now I have no idea if there is an engineer booked or not.
Now left paying through the nose for something that is unfit for purpose and Virgin seemingly refusing to help. :-(
