I had an issue where both my internet and V Box went off. The box is stuck on APP 52. This is exactly what happened yesterday and everything eventually came back on properly around 8 o'clock last night. It was working fine this morning but half an hour ago, everything went off - AGAIN - and box is stuck on APP 52. This is really annoying now. The service check says theres no issue.
Area ref is 02. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem?

Unfortunately I've been at work all day so I was unable to call (And the Chat-thing didnt work as they were "too busy")
It does seem to have sorted itself out - well, as sorted as it was yesterday when it kept going off and back on again. Hopefully it'll be sorted so I wont have to spend my day off waiting on hold on the phone.
