I have just had virgin installed and everything appears to be fine except I cannot pause tv. Any ideas?
Can you confirm you are using a v+ box and also not using a tivo remote with a yellow pause button

Hi guys, well after alittle research I found that the V+ box was ok but the monkeys who installed it gave me the wrong remote!, a new one is on it's way. Thanks for your help tho.
