My V+ Smasung has finally given up and broken. No power, no response, etc.
An engineer is coming out next week, im on the assumption it has finished and will need replacing.
I have a Tivo already and am looking to see if I can replace the 'broken' Samsung with a Tivo. Anyone know how I go about this?
You would need to arrange that with customer service. the engineer will only swap out the V+HD for another one (refurbished box).
