V+ Not working after house move and quick start

Hi,

I've recently moved house and self installed my services.  Everything is working OK apart from the V+.  I have tried resets etc but keep getting the following message:

 

Help is at hand,

 

Looks like your having some trouble with this service.

 

We can help you fix this. Please call us on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone or 0845 454 1111

 

Press OK to close window                          (Ref 2001)

Smart card in the back of the V+ box is account specific having moved house that could be your problem. Give the 150 a call its free from VM landline they should sort it out for you.

I'm sorry to hear that your V+ wasn't working after your install. That's the last thing you need after moving home. 

 

How are things for you now? I've taken a look at the account and can see the box is online.
