I've recently moved house and self installed my services. Everything is working OK apart from the V+. I have tried resets etc but keep getting the following message:

Looks like your having some trouble with this service.
We can help you fix this. Please call us on 150 from your Virgin Media home phone or 0845 454 1111
Press OK to close window (Ref 2001)

I'm sorry to hear that your V+ wasn't working after your install. That's the last thing you need after moving home.
How are things for you now? I've taken a look at the account and can see the box is online.
