Currently my V+ HD Box has been stuck on the update screen stage 1 out of 3 for the last 2-3 hours now.Is there anyway to fix this?Thanks.
Are you sure its a V+HD box?
I think you are talking about a TiVO, as the older boxes don't show update progress on the TV screen.

Sorry my mistake, it's Just A V Hd box which is the second box in the house, the other being a Tivo box which works fine.

I have been able to locate your account and I can see you had a technician visit for this so can I just confirm if everything has been okay since?
