We have 3 boxes from Virgin Media, a TiVo, a V+ box and a V HD box in the kitchen. The V HD box was working perfectly as of last night but today when it was turned on the TV is showing a message saying that no channels have been found and to go to install. The TV does not have an aerial attached so there are no channels apart from through the set top box which appears to not be connecting to the TV. We have checked the plugs are in properly and have rebooted but nothing works. The box is stuck on channel 0 and can't be changed with the remote or using up and down buttons on the box and the TV is still showing the error message.
Thank you very much for your help. I have selected the correct source and managed to get the box to change from channel 0!!! Not sure how the TV changed from the HDMI setting but anyway it is all working now. Thanks again.
