My V+HD box has stopped working and when I restart the box the display shows "Ld:04".
I've read in previous posts that this most likely means the box needs to be replaced, how do I go about arranging this?
Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently.
I've been able to test your set top box from our end and we're detecting some errors, as a result I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look at this, if you're available?
