V+HD box keeps freezing

Hi

 

My V+HD box keeps freezing and saying 'Your digital tv service will start shortly' and displays LD30 I have to re-boot at the wall. This had been going on for some time. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error on your V+ service.  I will be happy to help get this fixed for you.

 

I have carried out some checks and can see a signal issue that requires some attention.  I will arrange for an engineer to call out and get this resolved for you.

Just a quick note to say thanks very much for organising an engineer to sort out my problem. He changed the V+ box and so my wife is now very happy Smiley Happy

 

You made the whole process very easy.
