V+ HD box keeps freezing - help required

Everytime I click on V+ the info comes up then choose what to watch and it freezes everything.  Have to restart box to be able to use tv and remote.

Sounds like a dead/dying box, or possibly signal issues.

Ring it in to get someone out to look at it!

Apologies for the problems you're experiencing with your V+ box recently. I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this and can see that the team have been out to take a closer look, which is excellent news.
