V+ Box

My V+ Box has died. tried to reboot it a number of times but no joy, it just reads load 30 and load 20. any clues.

Sounds like you need an engineer to replace the box.

 

You can wait here and the situation may be picked up in a few days or, better, you can get a faster response by calling in to report your fault, 150 from a Virgin Media landline or mobile or 0345 454 1111.

Left it unplugged for 10 hours, plugged it in and it worked. Still too many problems occurring lately. Will wait for response so I can get it changed.
