I have a V+ box in addition to a TIVO box, the V+ box doesn't seem to be working as I cannot get most channels including radio & those that do work are stuttering, pixellated & unwatchable. The TIVO box which is downstairs is working fine.
Could be the box but could also be a signal issue. The first thing I would ensure is that the white coax cable feeding the box is firmly screwed into the back of the box, & to the wall socket or splitter at the other end. If this appears ok then ring faults via 150 from your Virgin phone.
