Hi, one of my V+ boxes has stopped working out of the blue.
The box just seems to have frozen up. I have tried unplugging etc to re-boot. There is a code on the display which I assume is an error code.
The code is Ld04
It's great to see you back on the Community Forum. I'm sorry that one of your V+ boxes isn't working.
I've been able to run tests to the box and can see a problem that requires an engineer visit.
