V+ Box freezing

Over the last few weeks whenever I turn my box on it will freeze onto a black screen forcing me to restart the box. When watching normal tv or recordings it will also freeze, sometimes pausing and replaying will fix this but most of the time I have to restart the box. Why is this happening?

Could be a failing hard drive or it could be signal issues. The only way to find out is to contact Customer Services (150 from your VM phone), & they will rus some remote tests.
