My v+ box has now on 3 occasion failed to record. can you help?
I'm really sorry t learn about the problems you're experiencing with your V+ box at the moment.
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end, we're not seeing any problems from our end at the moment. Does this happen on more than one channel / program?

Thanks for your response. I rebooted a few times and it seems to have cleared the problem for the time being.
