Spoken to customer service twice about this both as useful as eachother. I am receiving this error on every channel and a 1021 error when going into self help. I have checked all connections and Tivo downstairs is faultless. I am very new to this forum so sorry if i am re-treading a very trodden path.

I'm very sorry that you've received that error on the V+ box.
I've been testing the connection and can see that the box may have been turned off at the point of my message, can you tell me if this was indeed turned on at the time of my reply?
