V+ Box (3203 error)

Spoken to customer service twice about this both as useful as eachother. I am receiving this error on every channel and a 1021 error when going into self help. I have checked all connections and Tivo downstairs is faultless. I am very new to this forum so sorry if i am re-treading a very trodden path.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for your post.

 

I'm very sorry that you've received that error on the V+ box. 

 

I've been testing the connection and can see that the box may have been turned off at the point of my message, can you tell me if this was indeed turned on at the time of my reply?

 

Just to help speed things up, if this was turned on, and with no outages in the area, I'd like to send an engineer out to you. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little red envelope near the top left of the page.

Hi Ben

Yes everything fantastic. A good lad called Charlie came and sorted it. Turns out it was a poorly positioned staple. But he check through our whole system anyway. Couldnt be happier.
