V+ 999

Hi.

I have an extra v+ box that I haven't used. I tried to start it today and it did its start up sequence but then the screen went blank and the front panel says 999.

Any ideas?thanks

nope you can change the channel what you want to see like 101 thats bbc one

v+ says the channel number on the front of it

The chances are the box has never been activated if you haven't used it. Give customers services a call on 150 from your Virgin Phone.
