Upgrading TV

I upgraded my TV services to full house yesterday online and have not heard anything back and there's not even anything in the track orders section

Upgrading is still a manual operation for Customer Services even though you did this online, so it can take up to 48 hours to go through. Having said that, you should have had some kind of confirmation by now.

Use a phone, so many people seem reluctant to do so, any time I have upgraded I have spoken on the phone you get instant conformation, although they tell you it may take several hours, this is to cover themselves, I have received my upgrade in less than an hour. Regards Micky
