Upgraded package but nothing has changed

Hello,

 

I upgraded to a TV M+ package and have received the emails confirming activation but still have not got access to the channels. I have tried the usual; restarted, turned off and unplugged from the wall, but still nothing.

 

Is there something else I'm missing?

The replies are automated, unlike the upgrade itself.

 

If nothing has happened by tomorrow morning, give them a ring & they should be able to push the change through straight away.

Did you upgrade online?

 

Online upgrades can take 24 to 48 hours to activate, as the request is sent through to a customer services operator to manually update your account. If you upgrade over the phone the activation is usually instantaneous.

Thanks for the reply, I did apply online but then I got this message today:

I assumed this meant everything should be working. Should I just wait another 24 hours before flagging this as an issue?
