Upgraded and getting 'title not available'

I haven't had my TiVo box set up for over 3 months I've never bothered with the amount of hours I work I get home and just use my laptop or DVD player. I've reconnected to Virgin and I'm getting title not available on my tv listings. Why is this?

Also I upgraded my package an hour or so ago and still no channels are active like the movies etc I've purchased in HD

Is there a technician who can help or anyone else? Thanks
