Upgrade

With the launch of sky q Virgin TV is looking seriously outdated. It's very sticky and cumbersome. Does Virgin have any plans to upgrade in the future?

Re: Upgrade

There are rumours of a new Tivo box and upgraded software for users on the current boxes!  Bit more than rumours I think and have read some posts saying they'd planned to introduce the new box later in 2016.  We can hope!

Re: Upgrade

If you trust the rumour merchants, then early next year. But you wont hear a peep out of Virgin until just before it happens.
