Upgrade channels not yet received

I ordered an upgrade of my channels package online 2 days ago and have received an email receipt for them but havent yet got the channels to watch and theres been no indication of when I'll be able to view them. I presumed it would be straight away. Anyone else had this problem or when will the channels appear?

On line activation can take longer than phoning in and upgrading (would you believe). But not usually longer than 48 hours. Two things. Either phone in on 150 (TV faults ) or try a reboot of your box and if that doesn't work phone it in.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

I'm really sorry to hear that your upgrade hasn't been actioned yet. 

 

As mentioned by HowardML, doing things online can take a little longer due to the process being different. 

 

Have the channels come through since you last posted?
