Unable to view on demand film rental

We rented HD version of Suicide Squad at the w/e and was only able to watch half the film. I paused the film for approx 10 mins and when we attempted to continue viewing, both the picture and the dialogue were totally distorted (and no, that's not a comment on the quality of the film!). 5 attempts to turn off and re-start the film were unsucessful - any chance of refunding the rental fee?

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to learn you were experiencing difficulties watching a film you had purchased.

 

I have located your account and I can't see any report from you regarding this so unfortunately I would be able to give a refund on this occasion. Going forward if this ever happens again please contact us on the day that it happens so we can log the fault and therefore apply a refund on to the account.
