I have been trying to contact the Virgin New Homes team for over a week and a half, i have tried several times a day at different time. Yesterday (09.10.17) i was ringing from 13:30 - 17:00 non-stop without a single person answering.
I understand that you are busy, but not answering for that amount of time is bad service. Is there an alternative format to contact the team i.e. email? As i want to get Broadband / TV sorted asap. If not i will be forced to go to another provider.
