I have the full package and would like to downgrade to the basic pack,
does anyone know how much it costs.
If you have exceeded your minimum contract time you should have no problem changing, the prices have changed recently for the basic TV, and BB package with just one set top box you will be looking at around the £45 mark, i believe.
Call customer services on 150 or 0345 454 1111, go for option 4 and then 5 which is the retention's team, they can give you the best prices. Go onto the VM website first and have a look at what new customers are expected to pay for the bundles, you will be well armed then to be able to negotiate.
The retention's team is only available Monday to Saturday before 8pm and its befor 7pm on a Saturday I think.
