Tv service failing miserably

For months now I have put up with having to continually reset the Tivo box and internet connection.

Last night it was taking forever to load saved programs or bring up the menu even returning to the Tv seem to take forever and I think I spent more time watching the wheel turn.

It is impossible to watch anything on YOUTUBE without buffering and the same goes for NETFLIX.

Waste of time adding these channels if they are useless.

Anyone have any solutions?

I'm assuming you have reported the issue. If not, please do so, as your equipment is rented & free callouts are part of the service. If the issue is only affecting your installation then Virgin will have no idea you have problems, as they do not monitor individual connections.
