Tv service down

Hi  All,

My TV    service froze this afternoon  i unplugged the box  &  plugged  it back  in  it didnt reboot so  i tried the handset then  turning on the  box at the front it now says stop  in blue & hasnt started to load the channels checked connections at the back  of box changed batteries to  new in handset any ideas whats wrong what to  do  next please as first time technician  can  get here when im home is Friday

A box stuck on STOP is usually a replacement job.

I'm sorry to hear that your V+ box has stopped working for you.  I can see you have an engineer calling round soon to get this sorted which is great to see.
