hi I'm new to the virgin way of life . I woke this morning to fined I haven't got tv signal downstairs on the tv but I have upstairs . Can anyone help please??
Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service.
I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end, we're not detecting any problems at the moment though. I hope this means that the issue have been resolved?
