I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error on the TiVo® service, I'll be happy to help out here.
I have carried out some checks and there does appear to be a signal issue that may be causing this fault. Can you please power off/on the box to refresh things and let me know when this has been done? Once the reboot has been done let me know and I can re-check the box and see if the signal issue has cleared.
