Tv freezing and Broadband losing connection - External box broken?
Our TV both on Tivo downstairs and extra box upstairs keeps freezing or ghosting.
It's intermittent, however has happened lots over the last two weeks. We've also noticed that 2G signal from the router has been unstable which powers our smart connected home.
We've tried everything to fix and looking outside I've noticed that our external box cover is hanging off and all of the wires are exposed. The latches appear broken, could this be causing these issues with water ingress.
I'd like the issues resolved and the box fixed. Anyone know how I can resolve?
