Tv and wifi have stopped after power cut and not coming back on

So after a 5 second power cut in the neighbourhood, my TiVo box has just been on starting up since. It has a full blue light and then a flashing red light on the TiVo box, my wifi box is flashing green at me when it's usually white?? Someone help... what can I do??

Assuming pow is back on now...

Switch them both off. Wait a minute. Switch teh HUB on. Wait 30 seconds. Switch TiVo on.

If that doesnt work, it may have been a power surge and not a power cut....is everything else working okay?

Momentary power outages usually mean you are adjacent to an electrical supply section where a fault has developed. While your power may come back on almost immediately or after a few minutes, usually the adjacent area will still be without power. If Virgins optical node is located in that area, services will remain off until power is restored.

We had a power cut this afternoon and the same thing has happened to us.  Turning off and on again as suggested does not work.  Any suggestions?

My power is back on but nothing on TiVo or broadband yet. Will jump on chat later when I get home again to check service then.

Hi
I'm having the same issue. Power needed to be switched off to change a meter and now the WiFi isn't working.

Base led is green, WiFi light is green and internet lights are intermittently flashing green or red.

Thanks for any help
