Tonight my broadband decided to not work. Instead of a lovely green tick it's a flashing yellow one. At the same time my TiVo box decided it wasn't working at all. I rebooted both but nothing. Turned the broadband modem off and tv started working. Granted no on demand or anything, but can watch tv fine. Every time I turn the broadband box back on then the tv goes off. What can I do? Tried ringing CS but disconnected after 15 minutes both times.

I've located your account to take a closer look at this and can see you've spoken to the team since your post. I've also tested the service from our end and we're not detecting any errors at the moment.
