Trouble getting through to customer service

Been trying most of the day to get in touch with customer services  on phone  on  line  the  service is  appalling.

Took my half an hour to get through on Monday, and they'd removed the option I wanted (to report problems with catch up TV). Just ended in an endless loop of checking my set top box, never an option to talk to anyone.
Do you have any employees left?
