To be announced

We have had to be announced on most of our channels on the TV guide. Can anyone tell me how to change this?

You could try a network connection but this may not resolve the problem if your TiVo has a connection problem.

Press Home, followed by Help & Settings, then Settings, then Network, then finally Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.
