To Be Announced

After a couple of power downs and restarts, we, like many others are unable to see the scheduled programmes on the TV guide. As attached photo. Help please?

Hey Sa1tstev,

 

Cheers for popping and sharing your experience with the EPG. You can update these by following the process below:-

 

  1. Press Home on your TiVo remote
  2. Select Help & Settings.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Select Network.
  5. Choose Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.

 Hi Ben. Thanks for coming back.

Did try to force a connection but with no joy.

Engineer has visited and diagnosedvfaulty connection. All sorted for now.
