I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® isn't loading up properly for you. How are things looking today? When I checked your box it is all showing online ok so hopefully all is alright now for you. If not, let me know and I can help further.
Also, I'd like to ask if you don't mind, do you power off the box of a night? If so this can cause a few issues with the box updating. As we update the box nightly it's important the box is powered on when this happens so it goes through ok. When the box is powered off the update will only go through when it is next powered on. This can cause problems.
