Tivo starting up for half hour

Restarted tivo box as it said I had no channels that was 2 hrs ago since then it just says starting up. Considering I have 4 boxes and pay nearly 150 a month I would expect 24 hr support but apparently not so tomorrow shall be finally getting rid of them, quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will quite happily put up with slower broadband for better service

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with the signal that's likely to cause this type of fault. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to take a look at it.
