Restarted tivo box as it said I had no channels that was 2 hrs ago since then it just says starting up. Considering I have 4 boxes and pay nearly 150 a month I would expect 24 hr support but apparently not so tomorrow shall be finally getting rid of them, quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will quite happily put up with slower broadband for better service
